Shailesh G. Jejurikar is the Chair of the Compensation Committee. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Procter & Gamble (P&G). Prior to this role, he was the CEO of P&G’s Fabric & Home Care, the company’s largest business sector, and the Executive Sponsor for Global Sustainability. Jejurikar’s career at P&G spans 30 years and includes leadership roles across a variety of businesses in both developed and developing markets in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. He also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Cincinnati City Center Corporation.
