Our product lifecycle and workflow – from design to manufacturing, installation to service – includes a critical interdependency between our global Product Management, Engineering, Field Operations, Supply Chain, Operations, Strategy, and Sales and Marketing teams. As Executive Vice President, Chief Product, Delivery and Customer Office, Perry leads these Otis teams with focus, pace and competitive positioning, ensuring we identify strategic programs with shared goals, objectives and accountability, while continuing to move with strategic vision and the tools and processes to support our regions and customers.

Perry brings more than two decades of deep Otis experience to this role, having held influential positions in manufacturing, supply chain, strategy & business development; managing director in both Otis China and at Otis World Headquarters in the United States; and President of our Otis China region.

Prior to joining Otis, Perry held engineering and engineering management roles in Asia Pacific Pulp and Paper Group in Indonesia, and the Hangzhou Auto Factory in China.

He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
