Robin has over 30 years of Otis experience serving in both regional and global roles. She has led critical product and service innovations that have transformed our industry – including the launch of our Gen2^® elevator in the ‘90s, and more recently, the introduction of our flagship Gen360^TM and Gen3^TM connected elevators, powered by our Otis ONE^TM IoT digital platform.

As the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Robin leads our global teams to develop innovative market-leading products and services for our Otis customers. Her team partners closely with our Engineering, Operations and Product Management organizations, helping to set critical sales strategy, drive sales effectiveness, and inform decisions around the company’s product strategy roadmap and full product lifecycle offerings.

A tireless advocate for developing women, Robin is a recipient of the YWCA Women Achievers award.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Union College and an MBA from Fordham University.
